Hogia Ferry Systems currently has approximately 20 customers across Europe, North America and Africa. The customers are all different from one another, as some are freight oriented while others concentrate on package bookings and regular ferry travel.

Our customers use the BOOKIT Reservation System throughout their businesses, from booking to invoice payment registration.  Some customers use our Quick Sale application for instant bookings and payments, while others use the entire system for more complex bookings. The most commonly used applications are the Booking and Check-in applications, and now  the Finance application is also becoming increasingly popular thanks to its attractive functionality.

The HFS customers will in the phase of using the system in the live environment benefit from a dedicated support team, including a 24/7 telephone service.  Since every BOOKIT customer is unique, each and every one will have their own designated account manager, specializing in the customer’s application and providing daily support.  The account managers help the customers in getting to know the BOOKIT reservation system so that they can provide their passengers with the best service possible.
