Red Funnel shortlisted for two customer experience awards

Red Funnel is in the running for the best ‘Social Customer Services Team’ and best ‘Customer Experience Team’ in the London & South East Contact Centre Forum Awards. The aim of the awards is to recognise outstanding achievements within the contact centre industry.

The winners of each category will be announced at an Awards Gala Dinner on 22nd May 2015.
